How to use TheraNeck

TheraNeck™ has been designed for simple, intuitive use from the very first session.

On this page, we'll explain exactly how it works and how to get the most out of it based on your individual needs.

SWITCHING ON / OFF

To switch TheraNeck™ on or off, press and hold the central button on the device.

TheraNeck™ has a built-in timer and will automatically switch off after 15 minutes – the usage window we recommend for an optimal treatment.

SELECTING MODES AND INTENSITY LEVELS

TheraNeck™ features the following therapeutic modes:

  • EMS: up to 6 intensity levels
  • Therapeutic heat: up to 3 intensity levels
  • Deep massage: up to 3 intensity levels
  • EMS: press the top button on the remote. The first line on the left of the device will light up (see the photo above). You can now use the +/− buttons on the remote to adjust the EMS intensity.
  • Therapeutic heat: press the left button on the remote. The central line on the device will light up (see the photo above). You can now use the +/− buttons on the remote to adjust the heat intensity.
  • Deep massage: press the right button on the remote. The last line on the right of the device will light up (see the photo above). You can now use the +/− buttons on the remote to adjust the massage intensity.

For all modes, the selected intensity level will appear as a number on the device display.

All three therapeutic modes run simultaneously, each at its selected intensity level.

If you'd rather not use the remote, you can use the buttons on the device itself. Press the power button to switch between modes, and the +/− buttons to adjust the intensity.

CLEANING

  • Wipe with a damp cloth while the device is switched off. Allow to dry fully before using again.
  • Do not immerse the device in water.
