Shipping policy
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times and cost
- Delivery to UK addresses is free.
- Delivery typically takes 7–10 days from dispatch.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also track your order at any time from the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, contact us at info@theraneck.co.uk. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to wait for a carrier investigation.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away; we can correct the address until the order is dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
