Our 90-day money-back guarantee
Every TheraNeck order is covered by a full 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your TheraNeck for any reason within 90 days of delivery, we will refund the full purchase price. No questions asked, no restocking fees.
How to request a refund
Email us at info@theraneck.co.uk or use our contact form with your order number and the email address used at checkout. That is all we need.
We reply within 2–3 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm UK time), and always within one working day.
What happens next
- Once your request is approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 1 working day.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund typically appears on your statement within 5–10 working days of being issued.
- In most cases we do not ask you to return the product.
Before contacting your bank
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us first. We resolve refund requests directly and usually within a day, which is faster than a dispute through your bank or card provider.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
